the superior room on the 17th floor was spacious. it was also super clean. i had booked a five night stay and i appreciated the quiet. the hard rock cafe is a couple of minutes walk from reception. i liked that intercontinental is next door.
it was disappointing all facilities were closed on checking in. i had to go to the hotel next door. the room is nice but i cannot make it totally dark. the sun rises and the room becomes very light.

The room was adequately maintained, and the housekeeping service was timely.
I found it inconvenient that I had to use facilities at the adjacent hotel, as the pool was often overcrowded. Obtaining a sunbed was difficult at times, and breakfast was equally busy, lacking the refinement one expects. It would have been preferable to be informed about this arrangement beforehand.

The hotel is connected directly to a shopping center. It is handy to have it close. The breakfast had a wide range of options. The staff were always friendly.
I was disappointed to learn that some of the facilities were closed. I had to go to the hotel next door to use them. The pool at the adjacent hotel was crowded, and at times, I could not find available chairs.
